An equal parts Meridian Yoga Class with a Therapeutic Meridian Yoga Ball component gives you the best of both worlds. We will learn about the Meridian Pathways in the body, target key meridian acupressure points to release stagnant or blocked Qi manifesting as stress, tension, aches and pains using both yoga asanas and yoga therapy balls. The workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra component to rest and receive all the benefits.

Tania Nunez is a Yoga Teacher & Meridian Yoga Therapist. She holds over 800hrs of in-depth study under Master Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra and Rose Erin Vaughan’s Science of Self Yoga Teacher & Meridian Yoga Therapy Trainings where she designed and illustrated the Science of Points & Pathways book by Rose Erin Vaughan; a guide in applying and understanding the meridian pathway system for healing and well being and most recently wrote a guide book on self acupressure meridian yoga ball therapy techniques. She is also passionate about plant based wellness and was trained in Ayurvedic Plant based nutrition and cooking at Ayurveda’s World and at Bhaghavat Life in NYC. Her goal is to share the wisdom and knowledge of Traditional Yoga, Meridian Yoga Therapies and Plant Based Cooking to inspire and motivate others to discover and learn the physical and mental benefits of all these ancient traditional healing methods for well being.
