Limitless Joy

A Silent Retreat in Panama

March 11 - March 18, 2024
with Hector Marcel & Rachel Webb

In Ancient Tibetan Buddhism, joy isn't an accident created by the perfect weather, joke, or bite of food, but a skill that can be honed and perfected with practice. In reality, the mind is finer tuned to replicate negative experiences, so it's essential to learn how to swim upstream and create a positive bias. For hundreds of years, meditators have used rejoicing meditation to create and enhance their own minds and to care for the minds of others. Learn how to use the traditional practice of TARTUK or “Limitless”' to create a joy that doesn't fade because it comes from within.

For those who have tried the BLISS meditation with us at Three Jewels, this retreat is a deep dive into that practice, with the supportive addition of asana – including Lady Niguma’s ancient yoga sequence.

This retreat is appropriate for beginners, but will also provide depth and richness to students who have studied at Three Jewels or elsewhere.
