Lilia Mead will instruct the proper method and use of Kumbhaka, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika and Sitali breaths for the yoga practicioner looking to move into the inner space and deepen their practice beyond the physical body.

Lilia Mead brings over 15 years of yoga teaching experience. She has studied with many of the Yoga Greats including Sharon Gannon of the Jivamukti Yoga Method. After graduating from Bennington College with a BA in dance & psychology, she decided to dive deep into the more esoteric & vast teachings of Yoga. Over the course of her career, she has successfully completed 6 certifications & made two trips to India to deepen her practice.
