Three years of meditation in retrospect and practical advice for creating your own retreat. Everyone
can arrange the time and space to do a retreat that fits their lifestyle once informed what to
take up and give up. A summary of beneficial and valuable lessons from years of deep retreat.
Venerable Lobsang Chunzom has been an Asian Classics Institute certified teacher and meditation
instructor for 15 years. She is a licensed creative arts therapist, specializing in dance therapy. In 1997,
she founded Limitless Health Institute (www.limitlesshealthinstitute.org). In 2014, she concluded a 3-year
solitary meditation retreat. Her recorded teachings are available on mandaladharma.com
John Stilwell is a former director of the Asian Classics Institute (ACI) and Godstow Retreat Center, and
was general manager of Land of Medicine Buddha. He is an executive and father who began teaching
yoga 20 years ago and has taught Buddhist sutra and tantra in the tradition of Je Tsongkapa for 15 years.
His teaching gives a contemporary perspective relevant to daily life.
